Every business requires compliance services. These include matters such as preparation of accounts, tax returns and any other matters you are required to comply with, for example a statutory audit.
Our clients tell us compliance work must be:

This bronze level is a reactive compliance service where you come to us if you want out assistance. We will complete the compliance work effectively and with the same priority and professionalism as all our compliance work (even if it is under a cheaper service agreement). We may, because of the type of firm we are, come to you on an ad hoc basis with ideas or relevant information, but not on a regular guaranteed basis.
But be prepared! For us at Mark Holt & Co doing last year's accounts is only the start of the job. The real work comes in changing next year's results, which is where we can really add value.
