It is vital that Tax Consultants research and keep up to date with tax laws to ensure they can explain tax issues and the tax options available to the client to ensure they are happy with their final decision.
Tax Director
The key responsibilities can be split into:
- Making decisions in the context of tax planning and advice – and taking responsibility for them
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies which are within acceptable HMRC parameters. This includes identifying opportunities for tax savings, managing the tax implications of business transactions, and advising on tax-efficient structures
