Business administration
- Preparing accounts packs & Tax returns – proof reading, formatting, ensuring it is branded correctly and reads well
- Send Statutory forms to clients to be signed
- Reading, formatting & printing/PDF documents such as reports and letters
- Reviews all documents, packs and reports before they are sent to clients
- Monitoring the usage of our e-signature and e-document sharing systems
- Run the administration for all recruitment within the firm, including collecting CVs, communicating with candidates and organising the interview process
Systems and processes
- Managing systems and processes like regulatory activities such as CPD reports
- Health & Safety- Risk assessments
Hr Admin
- Organise and plan Performance Development Reviews for all members of the team
- Manage holiday requests and sickness records
- Over-see the internal HR system
- Manage directors diary
- Builds a relationship with directors clients
Communicate with clients
- Remind clients of statutory deadlines such as Corporation Tax due dates
- Own and manage the on-boarding process of new clients. They engage with each new client and deliver Welcome packs to ensure each client gets a complete introduction to Mark Holt & Co
