The position:
The Payroll Specialist role is office based and within the Your Finance People team. You will work within a small team liaising with clients and delivering, with support, multiple payrolls on a weekly and monthly basis. You will be responsible for all transactions relating to multiple client payroll duties, ensuring the accurate transfer of data to our clients. You will be responsible for managing your allocated tasks to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner, reviewed and any deadlines met.

Technical skills & responsibilities:
- Experience with Brightpay/Xero/Sage 50 Payroll would be preferred but not essential
- Liaising with HMRC
- Good organisation skills
Practical experience & skills:
- Excellent personal time management required to meet tight client deadlines on a consistent basis
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- In house training is provided with potential Payroll Qualification
Qualifications:
- Good IT skills – Microsoft office
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- A positive approach with a desire to exceed client expectations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
