Running any business is complicated. It requires a wide range of skills from selling and customer service, to finance and HR. Most of our clients are running businesses based on their skills and experiences around what the business does, and not because they have a degree in ‘how’ to run it. So we offer a range of business training and support across all the key business areas. This will include one on one and large teams, and from short introductory sessions to ongoing development over many months.
The key for us is to make the business training practical and relevant to you. There will be no jargon, no assumed knowledge and no economic theory. All of it is based on our work with real clients on real issues, and all comes with practical examples and case studies that cover not just what you should do and why, but ‘how’ you apply that knowledge or skill in your business.
Business training can be at owner manager level, working with the shareholders/directors/family members, to management development training for those responsible for specific areas of the business, to whole firm training on areas such as customer service, or culture improvement.
Part of any businesses focus should be on improving and training your team to be the best they can be, is a key aspect of this.
