Review of Shareholders Agreement

A commercial review (we are not lawyers) of the terms agreed between the business owners for how the business is to be managed and actions/options in place for key business events such as sale or the death of a key individual. What would you want to happen? Does your agreement deliver what you want and does it protect you from tax liabilities?

If you don’t have an agreement we can help you agree a key terms summary (in plain English) that can then be used to brief a lawyer to prepare one for you.
