Wealth Protection Review
None of us have a crystal ball on what problems are around the corner. But we do know that potential risks can become real risks very quickly. We will consider a wide range of issues and appropriate options. The nature of many entrepreneurs is that they see opportunities rather than problems, and it is our role to think about the things that could go wrong and identify ways that you can manage and mitigate those risks.
As part of any wealth plan, there is the important aspect of deciding where you want your wealth to go on your death. Whilst never an easy discussion, the consequences of dying intestate (Without a valid will) can be enormous. Even this that have had a Will prepared may find that their wealth has changed dramatically since it was last reviewed, or has even been invalidated by a subsequent marriage.
We work with specialist lawyers to ensure you Will properly reflects your wishes and covers all of those complex issues around how an estate is managed after your death. Who will manage the business, who will inherit the shares or property? Many critical issues to understand and plan for.
Lifetime Cash Flow Plans
Financial security is a concern for many of us. You want to be able to achieve the lifestyle of your choice and to do this you need to review and predict future income and expenditure. This is what a life time cash flow plan can achieve. It is a detailed process to ensure we cover everything from property, gifts, inheritances, holidays and much more.
Independent Financial Review
As part of the overall wealth we must also look at some aspects of savings, investments and protection products. A comprehensive independent financial review looks at whether you have appropriate levels of life insurance or critical illness protection for you or your family, and whether your pension or investments are working well for you.
We help clients to produce a simple financial summary. What is the value of their home or other property assets? How much is their share of the business worth? How much do they have in pensions and investments?
Armed with this we can then start to map out a plan for the future. How is their wealth likely to grow? And what are their expectations for future spending pre and post retirement?
