Passion to help you to be the best
Smaller firms might seem more comfortable to work in, but can they provide the experience, variety or career path and promotion prospects you want? Will they have the variety of challenging work to make your day interesting and help you know the impact you are making to clients?
Many bigger firms have a more ‘corporate’ structure to their employment opportunities. Perhaps you are looking for a role in one department that you do all day every day. Some may pay well, but based on fixed pay structures that can’t recognise your unique contribution.

We invest in our team
We work extremely hard to understand what our team members want, both in terms of the work they are involved in and the reward packages we provide.
Over the life of the firm we have continually evolved our employee rewards as circumstances have changed and roles evolved and we will continue to listen to our team and develop packages that meet their needs.
But financial reward packages are just a part of the deal. We also invest heavily in having fun together as a team. This will include regular “fun events” throughout the week to raise energy levels and build working relationships. We also have larger events to celebrate successes, such as a day at the races, murder mystery dinners, ‘it’s a knockout’ fun days not just the annual Christmas Party (although we do those as well!).
The challenge for us, as it perhaps is for every employer, is to create a working environment and a reward package that is tailored for each individual employee, but fair on the whole team. If you want to support from the side-lines rather than be the cheerleader at the front, that’s OK. If you want to do a great job and stick to what you know, or you want to be challenged and pushed to be the very best you can be, they’re both ok too.
